TICKETS

Tickets are nontransferable.

If you can no longer attend, you can receive a refund up to two weeks before the event.

There is a limit of 13 tickets per purchase.

You must fill out the personal information for each person in your group.

The event is 18+

you're required to verify your identity at entry. Please prepare a passport or ID.

If the name on the ticket does not match your passport or ID you will not be able to enter.

SECURITY

The Swifties are a supportive and accepting community, but due to recent harmful acts against fans of Taylor, we must make sure everyone is Safe & Sound.

All bags will be searched.

If any items capable of causing harm is found you will be denied entry.

The Eras Ball is a safe space for all Swifties.

Discrimination of any form will not be tolerated.

The Eras Ball has the right to remove anyone causing harm or discomfort to other attendees from the event.
